The lush Tuscan countryside yields a plentiful harvest of not only Sangiovese grapes for the production of Chianti, but a vast variety of produce.  On our Tuscan countryside tour, we will visit a working organic family farm and savor the vegetables grown by Federica and Umberto.  Set in a tiny medieval village, the Fenzi family farm will host us as we stroll through their vineyards, amble about the charming medieval buildings, and feast on seasoned meats, crostini, fresh and pickled vegetables and salad, and end the evening in a cresendo of cantuccini (almond biscuits).  Of course we will also have the opportunity to taste their flavorful olive oils and Chianti and Vernaccia wines! You don't want to miss out on this memorable experience in an unmatched setting.
