No trip would be complete to Tuscany without a cooking class!  And there is no better cooking class than the one offered by Giuseppina and her family!  Giuseppina learned her culinary skills from her mother and aunt and over the years has refined them just for us.  After sampling a wonderful array of antipasti, we'll make our own pasta, prepare our main entree and whip up a wonderful dolce (dessert) to top off the evening.  

Wine will be included with your deliciously authentic dinner.

Donning your chef's cap and apron, you'll relish this hands on experience.  This activity is not to be missed!
